Review of 2022

Dear Friends,

As we draw a close to another year of fun and excitement at IT Document Solutions Ltd we have lots to celebrate, especially after being shortlisted and recognised at the UK’s National Print IT awards at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. The ITDS Team have had lots to overcome in the past twelve months, and our continued success is a testament to the environment and culture we have created for each other. We work hard as a team, and it’s important we celebrate our efforts together as and when we can.

In the last twelve months, we have created ITDS Mailroom Solutions Ltd which has proven to be an incredible addition to the business. Like most traditional industries mailroom equipment has gone through digital transformation, and we are lucky to have a team of highly knowledgeable consultants. Patrick, John, Sam, Anthony, and Aman have proven they are a formidable force, and their years of experience have seen the business bring on 150 new clients in a very short period. I’m excited to see where this team can take the business forward, we aim to be the GO-TO business for franking machines and hybrid mail across the UK. We have achieved a Royal Mail Accreditation, the gold standard, and another endorsement of what we have achieved.

2022 has been a supply chain challenge for everyone who sells and provides technology. From printers to laptops, Screens to Franking machines, we have had to over-order, hold more stock, and make the right moves at the right times. We have relocated to bigger premises, and now have control of our buildings. We have re-branded and restructured, and in the new year, we look forward to introducing you to ITDS Space. We have some significant new alliance partners and some wonderful new clients spanning all business and public sectors. We would like to thank everyone who has helped contribute to our growth.

As we enter 2023 our focus continues to be providing more products and services to our clients across the group, reinforcing our position as a technology service provider. We have invested in internal systems to make us more efficient, and to help us communicate effectively with our clients as and when they need us. The ITDS helpdesk now covers every service requirement of our group of companies, meaning we have 1st line, to 3rd line support, all under one roof and available at all times. We will continue to make sure we are approachable and accountable, as we thrive on building relationships which will grow and evolve.

So, what’s next; firstly, we will enjoy our Christmas party and spend some time with our family and friends. But next year we are already working on significant projects that will raise the profile of the business. We have new people starting on the first day back after the New Year, and I’m sure they are welcomed into the ITDS family.
