We aim to protect our business and the service and support you have come to expect from IT Document Solutions and our suppliers.

The government continues to put measures in place to protect businesses and their staff, we have all been forced to make some difficult decisions. The banks and financial institutions are on hand to help all their clients protect cash flow, and where possible reduce the pressure through payment holidays. You must approach the banks immediately to discuss any financial difficulties you may be experiencing.

IT Document Solutions Ltd has invested in the cloud and mobile technology so all our staff can operate remotely, our offices are now closed. The only facility which remains open is our warehouse and some limited logistics for emergency deliveries or relocations. All our suppliers have engineers in the field for any mechanical faults and professional services working remotely should you experience an IT failure.

The safety of our staff and our clients is paramount and everyone has taken steps to reduce the risks of contracting the Covid-19 virus. Please continue to follow the instructions of the world health authority and our Government.
