In case of employees having to self-isolate, all phone and data traffic can be redirected to any location for the appropriate work function to continue. We aim to continue to deliver our agreed SLA to all clients across the UK and Europe without compromise. Our suppliers and partners are also committed to maintaining our high levels of support.

We will continue to monitor the situation in our UK offices and our internal advice to staff, based on NHS advice is:

  • Practice the highest levels of personal hygiene.
  • Self-isolate for a period of 2 weeks if you or anyone within your social or family group start to show any symptoms.
  • Contact NHS 111 if uncertain about any of the above.
